How to Apply

Hey everyone!
     I have started a new project (Faith for Fighters), which sends out a bracelet to anyone fighting a chronic illness or disability. (mental illness absolutely counts)! The bracelets are sent out at no charge, however donations are going to be accepted in the future. Now, the moment you've probably been waiting for... Here's how to apply:


Send me an e-mail at johnawright98@gmail.com with your first and last name, diagnoses, bracelet size (see below), and address. Once your application is accepted, you will be sent a confirmation.


Bracelet Sizing:


X-Small - 6 in.
Small - 6.5 in.
Medium - 7 in.
Large - 7.5 in.
X-Large - 8 in.
(If you require a size not listed, please indicate the size you need in the email).


Note:
Since the supplies are being paid for out-of-pocket, I use what is affordable, therefore all bracelets may not look exactly the same. Any questions/concerns can be emailed or messaged to me on Instagram (@chronically.amazing)
